Piling on

Look, when your "exposé" on how the 2004 election was stolen gets taken apart into small, quivering pieces by Mother Jones, NPR, Salon.com and a leading Democratic pollster, maybe it wasn't a good idea.

And even if the 2004 election was stolen in Ohio, that would have meant Kerry won the electoral vote, and lost the popular vote.

Dems 2000 - "Screw the electoral vote, only the popular vote matters!"
Dems 2006 - "Screw the popular vote, only the electoral vote matters!"

Waffling, indeed.
